IMGifyx processes images locally on your device, which means you have full control — and full responsibility — for what you do with it. These guidelines describe acceptable use.
1. Lawful use only
You may use IMGifyx only for lawful purposes. Do not use the tools to create, edit or distribute content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
2. Respect intellectual property
Only process images you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to edit, convert or repurpose any image you handle.
3. Prohibited content
Do not use IMGifyx to produce or alter content that exploits or harms minors, facilitates harassment, promotes violence, or violates others' privacy or rights.
4. No misuse of the application
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or overload the application, nor use it to distribute malware. Because processing is local, most misuse only affects your own device — but these rules still apply.
5. Your responsibility
Since your images never leave your device, IMGifyx cannot and does not monitor what you process. The responsibility for compliant, ethical use rests entirely with you.
6. Enforcement
Where we provide hosted services in the future, we reserve the right to restrict access for violations of this policy.
