Refund Policy

All core IMGifyx tools are free to use and require no payment. There are no charges associated with the current product.

Pro and Business tiers are placeholders for planned features. No payments are being collected at this time. When paid plans become available, the terms below are the model we intend to follow.

For any future subscription, we intend to offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. If the product isn't right for you within that window, you would be eligible for a full refund.

Recurring renewals would be non-refundable after the renewal date, though you would be able to cancel anytime to prevent future charges. You'd retain access through the end of the paid period.

When paid plans exist, refund requests would be handled by emailing support@imgifyx.com from the address associated with your purchase.
