IMGifyx provides browser-based image tools that run on your own device. All processing is performed locally; we do not receive or store the images you work with.

You agree to use IMGifyx lawfully and not to use it to process content you don't have the rights to, or content that is illegal. Because processing is local, you are solely responsible for the images you handle. See our Acceptable Use Policy for specifics.

IMGifyx is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accurate, high-quality output, we don't guarantee that results will meet every requirement or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMGifyx and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data. Since your images never leave your device, you retain full control and responsibility for your files and backups.

You retain all rights to the images you process — we never acquire any rights to them because we never receive them. The IMGifyx name, interface and code are the property of their respective owners.

Pro and Business tiers are currently placeholders describing planned features; no payment is processed today. If paid plans launch, additional terms may apply and will be presented before any charge.

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
